Today’s nominated title is “The Paris Hours” by Columbia’s very own Alex George. It tells the story of Proust’s Paris during the Jazz Age, with all of it’s famous inhabitants, but through the lens of four obscure characters who are all searching for something. This book had multiple nominations. One nominator called it a “beautiful story historically set in Paris.” Another nominator said that it was “an excellent work of historical fiction with captivating narratives to the very end.” Our final nominator said that it is “thought provoking plus supports a local author.” Thank you, nominators.
